The 19th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT2019) will be held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. ISCIT 2019, under the technical sponsorship of the IEEE, will provide a forum for researchers, engineers and industry experts to exchange and discuss new ideas, recent development, and breakthroughs in IoT, communications and information technologies. ISCIT 2019 will also offer an exciting social program. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and indexed by the IEEExplore.

***Submission & Policies***                
Prospective authors are encouraged to submit full papers for review. Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered. All papers submitted to regular technical sessions, special sessions and workshops of ISCIT2019 will undergo the same peer-review process, and if accepted and presented at the conference, will be published in the conference proceedings and in IEEE Xplore.

Papers must be submitted via the EDAS Paper Processing System. During the initial paper submission process via EDAS, the authors are required to make sure the PDF file and EDAS registration page of a paper have the same list of authors and the paper title. Be certain to add all authors in EDAS during the submission process. Failure to comply with this rule may result in your paper being withdrawn from the review process. Once reviewed the listing of authors connected to the paper can NOT be changed in the final manuscript.
Papers should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages IEEE format (10-point font) including figures. The conference maintains the right to refrain from reviewing papers that are longer than 6 pages. For your submission, you can use the standard IEEE conference templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats found at: https://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html
