The 19th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT2019) will be held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. ISCIT 2019, under the technical sponsorship of the IEEE, will provide a forum for researchers, engineers and industry experts to exchange and discuss new ideas, recent development, and breakthroughs in IoT, communications and information technologies. ISCIT 2019 will also offer an exciting social program. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and indexed by the IEEExplore.

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit full papers for review. Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will be considered. All papers submitted to regular technical sessions, special sessions and workshops of ISCIT2019 will undergo the same peer-review process, and if accepted and presented at the conference, will be published in the conference proceedings and in IEEE Xplore.

Papers must be submitted via the EDAS Paper Processing System. During the initial paper submission process via EDAS, the authors are required to make sure the PDF file and EDAS registration page of a paper have the same list of authors and the paper title. Be certain to add all authors in EDAS during the submission process. Failure to comply with this rule may result in your paper being withdrawn from the review process. Once reviewed the listing of authors connected to the paper can NOT be changed in the final manuscript.
Papers should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages IEEE format (10-point font) including figures. The conference maintains the right to refrain from reviewing papers that are longer than 6 pages. Since 1993, APCC has been the forum for researchers and engineers in the Asia-Pacific region to present and discuss advanced information, communication technologies, and services, while opening the door to the world at the same time.
 
The 2019 25th Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications (APCC) will be held in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam from the 6th to the 8th of November, 2019. The theme of this year’s conference is Enabling Technologies for Smart Cities. In addition to high-quality technical sessions, the symposium will feature exciting keynotes, tutorials and workshops. It will also offer a fantastic social program.
 
All accepted and presented papers in technical sessions and workshops will be published in the conference proceedings, in IEEE Xplore as well as EI and other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.

CFP: The 2019 International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications

The International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications is an annual conference series, since 2008, co-organized by the Radio & Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV) and the IEEE Communications Society (IEEE ComSoc).

The goal of the series is two folds: to foster an international forum scientific and technological exchange among Vietnamese and worldwide scientists and engineers in the fields of electronics, communications and related areas, and to gather their high-quality research contributions.

In 2019, The ATC conference will be held in Hanoi city, Vietnam during October 17-19, 2019 and hosted by University of Transport and Communications. The conference will feature prominent invited speakers as well as papers by top researchers from all over the world.

Technical Program

The conference program will run for three days with the regular tracks, specials sessions, and workshops. In addition, a number of tutorial sessions will be scheduled for one day before the conference starts. For the tracks and special sessions, we invite you to contribute your original work on topics in the following, but not limited to, areas:

Submission and Policies

Submitted papers (for both regular and special sessions) are subject to a blind review process handled by an international technical program committee. An author of an accepted paper must register at full rate (member or non-member of the IEEE or REV) prior to uploading the camera-ready version. The maximum length of the camera-ready version is 6 pages. Conference proceedings that meet IEEE quality reviews standards may be eligible for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. The IEEE reverses the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g, removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Research School 2019 on “Enabling Technologies for Industry 4.0”

University of Technology Sydney (UTS), University of Engineering & Technology (VNU-UET) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (VNU-HCMUT) are pleased to announce the Research School 2019 on “Enabling Technologies for Industry 4.0” (RS2019) to be held in Hanoi on 26-27 March 2019.

Industry 4.0 is an emerging ecosystem that combines intelligent and autonomous machines, advanced predictive analytics, and machine-human collaboration to pave the way to a new technological age which will radically transform industry and production value chains and business models. In order to achieve a fully automatic, effective and reliable manufacturing ecosystem, there is an urgent need for the development of enabling technologies in many areas such as robotics, communications, security, big data analytics, signal processing, business models, risk management, brain-computer interaction and artificial intelligence.

University of Technology Sydney (UTS), University of Engineering & Technology (VNU-UET) and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (VNU-HCMUT) are pleased to announce the Research School 2019 on “Enabling Technologies for Industry 4.0” (RS2019) to be held in Hanoi on 26-27 March 2019 (at the Vietnam National University, University of Engineering & Technology). The aim of RS2019 is to address a high level of interest and introduce latest developments in future industry enabling technologies to students and researchers in Vietnam and to foster exchanges of ideas and PhD training opportunities.

Distinguished professors from UTS, VNU-UET and VNU-HCMUT will deliver lectures on blockchain, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data/video analytics, and semiconductor technologies. There will be a Student-Poster Competition on research of student participants. Furthermore, the RS2019 will be organized together with ASEAN IVO Workshop on “Cyber-Attack Detection and Information Security for Industry 4.0”.
